The Recycled Reads facility is located at 3434 North Boulevard.
The book sale occurs on the last Saturday of each month, except for November and December. Dates and available times will be posted to the events calendar a few weeks before each event.
All sale items are gifts that the Library does not require to add to its collection, therefore, the items are shared with patrons. Proceeds of the sale go to the Patrons of the Public Library, the Library's friends group. The Patrons of the Public Library help in funding children's programming during the summer and throughout the year, such as the Author/Illustrator Program and other programs designed for the community.
Recycled Reads contains all kinds of books for sale - fiction, cookbooks, textbooks, history, travel, art, crafts, and many more to suit everyone's interests. DVDs, CDs, and LPs, as well as book bags and bookmarks, are also available for purchase. Books are priced at $1.00 for hardbacks, larger-format paperbacks, DVDs, and audiobooks, and 25 cents for pocket paperbacks. Sales will be cash only.
