37,952 square feet

Opened April, 1990; expanded and renovated in 2021

The Jones Creek Regional Branch Library was the first facility to be constructed with funds from the Library's original dedicated property tax. The library is designed to serve the residents of the southeastern area of the parish, accommodate a book collection of 140,000 volumes and provide seating in its combined large meeting rooms for 300 patrons. In addition to dedicated rooms for children and teens, the branch now offers additional conference rooms, collaborative study rooms, a large gallery, and a digital lab.

Free wireless Internet access is available at this branch.
