The Bluebonnet Regional Branch Library was the second facility to be constructed with funds from the property tax. The Library was designed to serve residents of the southwestern area of the parish, and provides seating for 300 patrons.
The clerestory features two stained glass windows by Steve Wilson, a local stained glass artist. The windows were given by Norman Saurage, and by Fred Greer, Jr., in memory of his wife.
Free wireless Internet access is available at this branch.
The Bluebonnet Regional Branch Library is located just north of Highland Road on the west side of Bluebonnet Boulevard.
