The Bluebonnet Regional Branch Library was the second facility to be constructed with funds from the original dedicated property tax.
The Library is designed to serve residents of the southwestern area of the parish, and provides seating for 300 patrons.

The clerestory features two stained glass windows by Steve Wilson, a local stained glass artist.
The windows were given by Norman Saurage, and by Fred Greer, Jr., in memory of his wife.
